Due to the complex working conditions of the engine test bench, the flue gas contains oil and black smoke particles, which will block the denitrification and DOC and affect the purification efficiency. Therefore, it is necessary to fully consider the influence of the oil and soot particles in the exhaust gas on the catalyst . According to the actual working conditions of the engine bench and combined with years of practical experience, Hebei Hanlan technicians gave an integrated purification scheme for the engine test bench.

Among them, the domestic mainstream engine exhaust SCR denitration process is used to treat the nitrogen oxides (NOX) in the exhaust of the bench, and the purification index can be reached under the working conditions of the reaction temperature of 300-420'C; and the DOC oxidation catalyst is used To treat CO and HC in the exhaust gas, when the temperature at the catalyst reaches 300-420C, the purification efficiency can reach 70-90%, and the index requirements are also met.

In addition, the integrated design does not interfere with other ventilation equipment. The exhaust manifold at the back of the equipment is connected to the originally relocated particle capture and purification equipment, which can be convenient on the premise of meeting the technical scheme and environmental assessment test requirements. Installation and maintenance can make reasonable use of space and reduce floor space. At the same time, the denitration part of the whole system has successfully completed the initialization self-check, operation, emptying, spraying, purging and stopping, and the operation is in good condition, which has been fully affirmed by customers.
