We have introduced international advanced technology, self-developed SCR denitrification system, equipped with high-performance V-Ti or Fe-Zeolite catalyst, which has a wide applicable temperature range and long life. It can maintain a good purification rate in the temperature zone of 180-600℃. Through flue optimization, guide device optimization, ammonia injection optimization, ammonia nitrogen mixing device optimization and other key SCR denitration flow field technologies, we greatly reduce system resistance, improve denitrification efficiency, extend catalyst life, and reduce ammonia slip. It can achieve ultra-low emission of nitrogen oxides NOx<10mg/Nm3 (purification rate as high as 98%), and achieve the purpose of deep denitrification.

The internal combustion engine denitration system is suitable for GE Jenbacher, Cummins, Waukesha, Mannheim, Carter, Deutz, Shengdong, Jichai, Zichai and other branded units with a single unit below 10MW and a parallel system below 25MW. %-110% full load use.
