Catalytic Silencers

HANLAN's catalytic silencers are for stationary engines, 200 - 3000 hp (149-2237 kW), and provides engine exhaust noise and emissions control in an integrated package. HANLAN's catalytic silencers are available for fast delivery and are easily installed. Common applications for catalytic silencers include natural gas engines and diesel engines driving gas compression, power generation, co-generation, fluid pumping and refrigeration or any other application where easy service is a must.

The exhaust muffler of internal combustion engine is suitable for reducing exhaust noise of various internal combustion engines. It is the exhaust muffler is different from many species by micro hole cavities, wear resistance, multi buffer expansion principle. The main body is made of all metal structure, which has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, air flow resistance, small resistance loss and good noise elimination.

Catalytic Silencers

Working principle:

Impedance silencing structure and resistance the silencing structure according to certain way together,constitute impedance compound muffler.

Resistance muffler used silencing of sound absorption materials and sound absorption structure effect, make the noise attenuation with the distance of propagation along the pipeline, so as to achieve noise elimination, such muffler for high frequency noise with good silencing effect.

Resistant muffler by means of sectional sudden expansion pipe (or contracts) or adjacent to a resonant cavity, the propagation along the pipeline of certain frequency of sound waves reflected back in the direction of the sound source in mutation place, so as to achieve purpose. It is applicable to eliminate the low and medium frequency noise.

Impedance compound muffler, impedance muffler and resistant muffler noise elimination principle through appropriate structure combination, with both silencing features, achieve better sound effect.
