Hebei Hanlan designed and processed SCR denitrification equipment for a landfill plant in Zhengzhou
Hebei Hanlan is the Wanchun landfill biogas generator set denitration system supporting the generator set of a landfill biogas power station in Zhengzhou. When the NOX in the exhaust gas of the unit passes through the flue gas denitrification system, the exhaust gas after being fully mixed with ammonia is catalytically reduced The reaction reduces NOX to harmless N2 and H2O.
Performance index of SCR denitrification system of landfill biogas unit
The denitration efficiency is above 95%;
The ammonia escape of the flue gas denitration system is controlled below 5ppmwd (5% O2);
The urea solution consumption of a single generator set is not more than 2.5L/h (solution concentration is 40%);
The overall resistance of the flue gas denitration system does not affect the normal discharge of flue gas, and the system back pressure is generally less than 1.5KPa;
The denitration system has simple structure, no by-products, convenient operation, high reliability, high denitration efficiency, and relatively low one-time investment;
It can adapt to the fluctuation of the generator's operating load and meet the requirements of the number of start and stop times of the unit. Does not cause any interference to the generator's operating load and operation mode;
The pressure-bearing capacity of the denitrification device is the same as the design pressure-bearing capacity of the generator;
High degree of automation and good reliability;
The combination of biogas purification equipment in the garbage plant is compact, the connection is simple and fast, the corrosion resistance is strong, and the overall performance is excellent.
