Fermentation biogas power generation denitrification plant solution

Recently, the plan of flue gas purification equipment for biogas generator set designed by Hanlan for a dairy company has been implemented. After the flue gas of the biogas generator set enters the purification system through the exhaust pipe, when the NOX in the exhaust gas passes through the flue gas denitrification system, the exhaust gas fully mixed with ammonia undergoes a catalytic reduction reaction to reduce NOX to harmless N2 and H2O. The program has the following characteristics:

Features of catalyst module:
1. Long catalyst life;
2. The catalyst can adapt to changes in the flue gas temperature of the generator set;
3. According to the characteristics of generator smoke exhaust and engineering site conditions, reasonably set the number and volume of catalyst layers;

4. According to the working conditions, catalyst activity and dosage, the number, type and structure of the catalyst in the SCR reactor are designed so that it can meet the operational requirements of the denitration system under any working conditions.

Performance indicators of Wanchun flue gas denitration system:
1. The denitrification efficiency is high, meeting the customer's environmental assessment requirements;
2. The ammonia escape of the flue gas denitration system is controlled below 5ppmwd (5% O2)
3. The overall resistance of the flue gas denitration system does not affect the normal discharge of flue gas, and the system back pressure is generally less than 1.5KPa;
4. The denitration system has simple structure, no by-products, convenient operation, high reliability, high denitration efficiency, and relatively low one-time investment;
5. It can adapt to the fluctuation of the generator's operating load and meet the requirements of the number of start and stop times of the unit. Does not cause any interference to the generator's operating load and operation mode;
6. The system startup, normal operation monitoring and accident handling should be fully automated;
7. The maintenance interval of the denitrification device is the same as that of the generator set, which reduces the maintenance and inspection period; it has a high degree of automation and good reliability.
