Hebei Hanlan Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. successfully provided high-efficiency SCR denitrification equipment and comprehensive technical support for 2 Jenbacher generator sets in a wastewater biogas power generation project of a large Asian paper group.

This project successfully completed equipment debugging and acceptance through an innovative 'remote guidance + video debugging' model, achieving ultra-low nitrogen oxide (NOx) emissions. It facilitated the client's green energy transition and earned high recognition.

Project Highlights:

High-efficiency denitrification: The initial NOx concentration is ≤500mg/Nm³ (at 5%O₂). After treatment by Hanlan SCR denitrification   equipment, the outlet concentration is stabilized at ≤40ppm (at 13%O₂), far exceeding local environmental standards.

Smart O&M: Remote technical support throughout the process, video-guided debugging, significantly reducing on-site labor costs and improving project execution efficiency.

Green empowerment: Help Zhenglong Paper Industry realize the resource utilization of biogas, and promote the clean energy and low-carbon production of the paper industry.
