Black smoke purification treatment of generator set
2000KW*8 sets of integrated exhaust gas treatment equipment for generating sets (SCR+ZDF)
1). Project background:
The project is located in Shanghai, and the equipment must meet the environmental conditions of Shanghai to operate.
Ambient temperature, atmospheric pressure: 100Kpa, altitude: ≦1000 meters, relative humidity: 90%.
2). Project introduction
This project is used in a data center project in Shanghai, the unit uses Caterpillar 3516C, the main power is 2000kw. 8 units are provided in this period. The equipment is arranged on the basement floor.
The exhaust pipe of the unit is introduced into the exhaust well and is raised to a height of 15 meters above the ground to discharge. The exhaust pipe is made of double-layer stainless steel pipe with an inner diameter of DN600. The tobacco pipe is not supplied by Party B.
The environmental protection requirements of this project must meet the requirements of fire protection and environmental protection. The smoke emission of the unit under the rated full load conditions meets the current national and Shanghai local environmental protection standards "Shanghai Comprehensive Emission Standard of Air Pollutants DB31-933-2015" 》, that is, the flue gas after purification by the fume exhaust purification device meets NOx (nitrogen oxide compound) ≤ 150mg/m3, PM ≤ 30 mg/m3. The black smoke meets Ringelmann's first grade requirement.
3). Project acceptance
The acceptance of this project was completed in November 2020, meeting the local environmental protection requirements of Shanghai.
