The main power of the unit is 1800kw, and the standby power is 2000kw. With a large exhaust gas volume of 498m3/min, the exhaust emission of the engine after treatment meets the requirements of the environmental assessment of Ringelmann's level 1 exhaust gas blackness of the diesel generator set.

 
The designers of Hanlan designed the corresponding plan according to the actual working conditions of the project, unit parameters, and purification and noise reduction requirements. The honeycomb structure was selected, the trapping geometric area was large, the trapping effect was good, and it had good heat resistance. And the excellent ceramic soot particulate filter DPF with mechanical durability is used to design and manufacture black smoke purifiers for generator sets. The particulate matter removal rate can reach more than 95% without affecting the power output of the unit. That is, the exhaust system of the diesel generator set after the installation of the purifier can meet the back pressure requirements of the unit during normal load operation, and will not reduce the generating load capacity of the unit..

In addition, Wanchun diesel generator set smoke purifier is a detachable design, the filter element is easy to disassemble, the carbon deposit cleaning is convenient and quick, and it is convenient for manual offline regeneration, and can be cleaned repeatedly at low cost. At the same time, the purifier is also equipped with a high-temperature automatic bypass system, a reliable electronic control system and a bypass pipeline. The bypass pipeline can meet the back pressure requirements of the smoke exhaust system of the unit when the bypass pipeline is working; when the smoke exhaust system back pressure requirements are not met or When the exhaust gas purification device fails, it will not affect the normal and safe operation of the generator set.
